She does a great job. FOOD WAS GREAT.
My husband and I have been here quite a few times. It's a wonderful place with excellent food. The owners are so friendly.
I've been here 3 times and never disappointed. Love the food. Love the homey ambiance of this not so big restaurant. and I love the attentive yet not so pushy and very respectful and well trained servers they have. Very well recommended to those who love good food.
Authentic French experience. Lovely and homey atmosphere, as the restaurant does reside in an old home. As soon as you walk in the door and are greeted by, in this case our server George, you can feel the vibe. Bright enough to see everything but not a lot of artificial light, at least in the daytime. George was particularly friendly and was happy to make recommendations or explain any dish. The menu is large but not overwhelming, with options for seafood, red meat, vegetarian, and of course charcuterie. We ordered the paté and sausage plate. It was smaller than expected but still very good. We also shared the braised rabbit and skate wing. Both were especially tender and delicious, but the skate was quite soft and melts in your mouth. The rabbit was accompanied by a wonderful tomato sauce. We were slightly surprised at how many dishes came with rice on the side, but nonetheless very good. The parking lot is small so it's likely you might have to park on the street.
Cozy, intimate setting with absolute lovely service and outstanding food. One of the best meals we've had.
George, the owner makes wonderful suggestions for food and wine pairings. Delicious appetizers, entrees and dessert. Really enjoyed everything from the escargot through the homemade caramel
The food is exceptional, the service superior and the value beyond reproach.
Excellent food and good service. It is located in an area that has many shopping and eating places. It's like a little fun Village. The cost to portion size ratio is the only reason why I'm writing it 3 stars.
Delicious French meals! One of the area's Best Kept Secrets
Very fresh ingredients, beautiful setting, perfectly prepared lunch. Nice wine selection and the house red is an excellent choice. I'm looking forward to going back for dinner. Our server was excellent, and the owner was very friendly. They seem to have a regular clientele there, which says a lot.
Cozy ambiance. Finest French cousine. Good service. In party of 4, we had scallops and shrimp, grilled tuna, and lamb. All were superb.
First time here and a wonderful experience. The waiter helped us with making a good wine selection. Very friendly I believe his name was Casimir(I am not sure on the spelling). Food was excellent. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Cozy. Casual attire acceptable. Staff were friendly. Food was flavorful. Romantic ambience.
Amazing. Food is fabulous. Service very attentive. Prices very reasonable. If you thought you couldn't afford a top-quality, authentic French restaurant, think again.
C'est excellent! Very friendly staff, excellent food, excellent food, excellent food! Great wine selection. Best creme brulee I've tried in a long time. Will absolutely be back to try other dishes and desserts!
Makes me feel like I'm in France. People may call their restaurant "French", but Georges and Claudie are actually French. Their food is as authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is laid back. Their love of music and art lead to some great events throughout the year. If you're longing for France, but don't want to deal with jet lag, or If you've never been to France, but would like to have a taste of it, this is where you go.
Great service and great food. Highly recommended.
Excellent food & service. Great location.
Le Bistro Du Beaujolais is a quaint, local French Restaurant. I absolutely love coming here. Most of the food is very traditional. If you stop in during lunch be sure to try the croque monsieur. Also, they have a wide selection of desserts made in house. Some of my favorites are the floating island, the chocolate mousse, and the Crème brûlée. When you go, don't forget to ask your waiter/waitress if they have any of their imported sparkling lemonade. Finally, be sure to say "merci" to George and Claudie as you leave. If you stop in I promise you won't be disappointed! Excited to go back soon.
Went with my wife for our anniversary, first time there. It was a really great experience! We sat on the outdoor patio, which was a good choice because according to the waitress it was crazy inside. But our service was great and the food was delicious.I highly recommend their structured menu choices where you pick an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. It made the choices easier since we had never been before. I had escargot as an app and then the scallop and shrimp entree. All VERY delicious. We will be back!
Excellent experience! The cuisine was fabulous. This is a quaint restaurant with personal attention to detail, from the time I stepped in the door. The owner greets and meets his customers. Each and every appetizer/entree tasted delightful. Your palette will be delighted.Lunch prices are very reasonable too. This is a good place to visit. The food is fresh!Thank you Le Bistro Du Beaujolais!
Fantastic local restaurant, serving authentic French cuisine. The prices are a little on the high side, but if you are looking for a nice quiet date night, this restaurant is a great place. The owners and staff are all super friendly and love to talk with everyone. Both the main courses and the desserts are excellent.
Highly recommended!!! Beyond fantastic service (ask for Jordan) and the food was AMAZING. We will be coming back.
